Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using the services of Sprinkler Repair Guy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Sprinkler Repair Guy provides residential and commercial irrigation system repair, installation, backflow preventer testing, landscape lighting, water efficiency auditing, and related services in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Greater Houston area in Texas.
All field services are performed by State of Texas licensed irrigators. Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic coverage, and technician availability.
Service Requests and Appointments
Submitting a service request through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. A service agreement is formed when we confirm a scheduled appointment with you and you agree to the quoted price for the work.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 800-824-1321. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
We provide pricing estimates based on the description of the work and our on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We do not start work without your agreement to the quoted price.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Additional work: If our technician discovers additional issues during service, we will contact you to explain the additional work and associated cost before proceeding. We will not perform unauthorized work.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If a repair performed by Sprinkler Repair Guy fails due to workmanship within 30 days of service, we will return to remedy the issue at no additional charge, subject to the exclusions below.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by: freeze events occurring after service, damage caused by third parties (mowing, excavation, etc.), normal wear and tear on components not replaced during service, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
Parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Backflow Preventer Testing
Backflow preventer testing is performed by licensed testers in compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements. We file required test reports with your water district. You are responsible for ensuring your system is accessible and water is available at the time of the scheduled test.
If a backflow preventer fails the test, we will notify you of the results and provide repair options. You are responsible for arranging repairs within the timeframe required by your water district.
Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize Sprinkler Repair Guy and its technicians to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and relevant system components (controller, water shutoff, backflow preventer) are accessible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Sprinkler Repair Guy's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lawn damage, property damage caused by system failure, or water damage.
We carry general liability insurance. If damage occurs due to our negligence, contact us immediately to report the issue.
Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or in any way that could damage our reputation or systems.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, or Harris County, Texas, as applicable based on the location of service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
